Terms and Conditions

Studio Information

Purpose

These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between the studio and its clients regarding the provision of Pilates classes, whether individual, group, in-person or online.

Offers and Pricing

The studio offers the following packages:

  • Single classes
  • Class cards
  • Subscriptions

Prices are displayed on the website www.feelpilates.fr and are subject to change. Any promotional offers will also be indicated on the site.

Payment Methods

Payments can be made by:

  • Credit card online
  • Direct debit
  • Cash
  • Bank transfer
  • Check

Payment must be made before booking the class. Online transactions are secured through our payment provider.

Booking and Cancellation

Bookings can be made via:

  • The website www.feelpilates.fr
  • The Bsport online platform
  • The Bsport mobile app
  • By phone

Any cancellation must be made at least 24 hours before the class. In case of late cancellation or absence, the class will be deducted.

Termination Conditions

Subscriptions are subject to the termination conditions indicated in the subscription description. Any termination request must be made by email or mail.

No refund is possible except in cases of force majeure (illness, accident with supporting document).

Responsibility and Safety

Each member must:

  • Complete the Health Questionnaire "QS – SPORT" Cerfa 15699*01
  • Provide a medical certificate if necessary
  • Inform the studio of any medical issues or pregnancy

The studio reserves the right to refuse access to classes in the absence of a valid medical certificate or if the physical condition is deemed insufficient.

Applicable Law

These Terms and Conditions are subject to French law. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Palaiseau.

The purchase of a class or subscription implies full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

CLIENT OBLIGATIONS

The client acknowledges that practicing a sport activity involves risks and that they have taken necessary precautions to prevent them. The studio cannot be held responsible for injuries resulting from improper execution of exercises or non-compliance with provided instructions. The client agrees to respect the instructions and directives given during classes. They also agree to use the website in accordance with these Terms and Conditions and not to attempt unauthorized access to the studio's computer system. Any abusive use of the site (unauthorized reproduction of content, introduction of viruses, attempts at fraudulent access) will result in the removal of the client's access, as well as any necessary legal action. The client agrees not to infringe on the studio's intellectual property rights or to denigrate its activity.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

In accordance with Article L. 221-28 12° of the Consumer Code, the client expressly acknowledges that they do not benefit from any right of withdrawal for services booked via the site, as these relate to leisure activities to be provided on a specific date or period.

LIABILITY

The studio declares, in compliance with Article L. 321-1 of the Sports Code, to have taken out an insurance policy covering its civil liability. It implements all necessary measures to ensure the provision of services under optimal conditions. However, its liability cannot be engaged in case of non-performance due to the client, a third party, or a case of force majeure. The site may contain links to external sites not edited by the studio, which cannot be held responsible for their operation, content, or any information obtained via these sites. The inclusion of these links should not be interpreted as an express or tacit endorsement by the studio regarding their content. The studio cannot be held responsible for non-receipt of sent emails, particularly due to anti-spam filters. The client acknowledges these limitations of liability as essential conditions of the contract.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Any unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use of content (videos, written materials, training programs) is strictly prohibited.

COMMUNICATION AND NEWSLETTER

By checking the box provided for this purpose or by expressly giving their consent, the customer agrees to receive a newsletter from the studio. This newsletter may contain information about the studio's activities as well as commercial offers. The customer can unsubscribe at any time by clicking on the link provided for this purpose in each newsletter.

APPLICABLE LAW AND DISPUTES

These Terms and Conditions are subject to French law. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Palaiseau.

ACCEPTANCE OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The purchase of a class or subscription implies unreserved acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
